It’s that time again! 

This is just a quick reminder  that the next scheduled meeting for the year of the Mid Blue Mountains SeedSavers is on at the Bullaburra Progress Hall this next coming weekend –
 
Sunday 4 November 2018 – from 10 am till Midday
It’s good to get prepared for the long productive spring – summer – autumn growing times up here in the mountains.
Come along and talk about growing things with like minded people.

Photo this time around is of Nettles! Urtica incisa. Not the most friendly of plants but full of nutrients and excellent when put through a blender. This is one that needs careful management but none-the-less is a useful and easy to grow garden or container plant. This nettle is native to Australia and NZ and is pretty much the same as dioica the stinging nettle of Europe.
