Photo this time around is of Nettles! Urtica incisa. Not the most friendly of plants but full of nutrients and excellent when put through a blender. This is one that needs careful management but none-the-less is a useful and easy to grow garden or container plant. This nettle is native to Australia and NZ and is pretty much the same as dioica the stinging nettle of Europe.
