It’s that time again!
This is just a quick reminder that the next scheduled meeting for the year of the Mid Blue Mountains SeedSavers is on at the Bullaburra Progress Hall this next coming weekend –
Sunday 1 April 2018 – from 10 am till Midday
Hope to see you there celebrating the autumn growing season!
This meeting is in the middle of the long Easter weekend and we know some people will be away on holiday or otherwise engaged with events running over the extended weekend period.
We are limited somewhat each year when preplanning our meetings around the schedule for the venue and other community groups and what dates are offered to us for the Seed Savers meetings. This date was part of the range offered to us and there will be members attending and running it as usual. We have been trying to consolidate our meetings to be more frequent during the main seed saving and planting periods for the year in the Blue Mountains. So some meetings are spaced a little irregularly.
We also have recently had another meeting offered to to us on July 1 which we have accepted. So keep an eye out on the website for the updated meeting list and add that one to your calendar.
The next meeting after this one on April 1 will be on May 6.

Hi,
I’m sorry I couldn’t get to the meeting, I don’t have transport from Katoomba at this stage.
I first came to the meeting a few months back. I wanted to let you know that my 3 yr old olive tree has fruit on it which one lady asked to get an update if ever it did set fruit in Katoomba.
I hope in the future that I can get down to the meetings.
